STRATEGIC MINERAL HOLDERS

Exploration companies and mineral holders have invested heavily in their projects and to crystalize cash value there are options and ownship swaps that provide avenues to a sale, farmout or an offer of equipment and services in a project that creates the potential for capital gains or cash flow.

INDUSTRIAL INVESTORS

Industrial investors are joint venture partners willing to assist in bridge financing so that a project will achieve production and prove value.

PARTNERS

Copperstone has with the help of China-based companies identified strategic minerals that are in high demand. These cooperative consumer/manufacturers are potential partners because they are willing to structure creative acquisitions where all parties benefit.

FOCUSED APPROACH

Our company is focused and project-oriented. We have a view and methodology to bring good geology, and resources of merit, to production. We facilitate large-cap corporations, who must meet production objectives, and progressively acquire mineral packages for future strategic growth.

TARGETED SOURCE of PRODUCT

We have a short-list of strategic minerals to consider, in the search, to succeed, if a mineral property is to land in the hands of a large-cap consuming manufacturere who can convert a discovery into a mineral producer.

Reference: What minerals are used for: http://www.nwma.org/education/Uses%20for%20Minerals.htm

Does this sound familiar?

As ABC Private Company Ltd., you prospected a large mineral property, like the Clear Hills iron ores, and a number of years went by before much could be done with the property.

Year after year, you maintained the claims and raised money from friends and family.

A developer came along, optioned the property, did some drilling, and showed the property as a property of merit. With a geological report on the property, it was taken into a public company and investors; family and friends received shares in the pubco.

The property did not go anywhere for a number of years, and some of your shares were escrowed.

Another company with lands near-by discovered a significant deposit. This was bought by a major. Those lands were deemed "a discovery" and a pre-feasibility study was carried out on the property. Their property seemed to be moving ahead toward permitting and becoming a mine.

Your key property, or major asset, does not seem to be getting much traction. Your project ends up going nowhere.

Location, geology, grade, process, services and transportation: merit, infrastucture and logistics; these are all parts a plan that makes a property of merit into a producing mine. Some properties are developed and some are not.

Some good properties, projects, and companies of merit, are financed and make progress, others do not.

Shareholders see the best bang for their buck if the company they invest in can take a mineral discovery and deliver it into the hands of an end-user, in exchange for cash, shares, or part of a bigger picture.
