In the oil and gas business for 25 years, a number of deals and opportunities cross our desks.

As oil and gas prices change the energy industry moves through cycles of investment, rationalization and divestiture. Hundreds of thousands of wells have been drilled in Alberta alone. Properties change hands as a matter of course.

Most companies concentrate on core assets, continally increasing their interests in those areas, while divesting themselves of non-core assets that do not fit into the overall stategic plan.

The kinds of deals that we have worked on fall into these general categories:
